We review the roof, exterior, structure, foundation or crawlspace where accessible, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, attic and insulation, doors, windows, and interior components in line with InterNACHI Standards of Practice.

Most inspections take about 2–4 hours. Larger, older, more complex, or less accessible homes can take longer. We do not rush the inspection to hit a clock.

No. You are welcome to attend all of it, part of it, or none of it. We can review the important findings with you in person, by phone, or by video. We will work at a pace that is comfortable for you and answer questions along the way.

Pricing is based primarily on square footage. Homes under 1,500 sq ft start at $375, 1,500–2,500 sq ft at $450, 2,500–3,500 sq ft at $525, and 3,500–4,500 sq ft at $600. Homes above 4,500 sq ft receive a custom quote.

Yes. Evening and weekend appointments are available because inspection periods and work schedules do not always fit a Monday-through-Friday calendar.
